Services

Care, delivered directly.

Every evaluation, visit, and consultation is provided by me personally, with no rotating providers and no handoffs. Here is how I can help, what each service includes, and what it costs.

01 / Individual

Individual psychiatry & medication management

Comprehensive psychiatric evaluation and ongoing care for adults, across the full range of mental health conditions and concerns. I treat depression and other mood disorders, bipolar disorder, anxiety and panic, OCD and related conditions, ADHD, trauma and PTSD, psychotic illnesses, grief, burnout and chronic stress, sleep difficulties, and the harder-to-name struggles that do not fit neatly into a single diagnosis.

My aim is to meet you where you are, in your life and in your world, whether you are managing a demanding career, a major life transition, or the particular challenges that can come with life as a computer gamer, from social anxiety and isolation to focus, sleep, and finding a healthier balance with play. Whether you are new to psychiatric care, switching providers, or seeking a thorough second look at a diagnosis, every plan is built around your history, your goals, and the treatment options that fit your life. You do not need a particular diagnosis, background, or story to belong here. If something has felt off, or you simply have not felt like yourself, that is reason enough to reach out.

  • 60 to 75 minute initial evaluation
  • Diagnostic clarity when prior care has felt incomplete or contradictory
  • Evidence-based medication management, including thoughtful deprescribing
  • Psychotherapy integrated into care when it is the right fit
  • Coordination with your therapist, primary care, and other specialists

Fees

Comprehensive initial evaluation (60–75 min)$550
Extended follow-up with psychotherapy (45 min)$400

02 / Reproductive

Reproductive psychiatry

Specialized mental health care across the reproductive lifespan, from preconception and fertility treatment through pregnancy, the postpartum period, pregnancy loss, and perimenopause. This is some of the most decision-heavy care in psychiatry, and a central part of my work is the careful, evidence-based weighing of medication choices before and during pregnancy and while breastfeeding, in close collaboration with you and your OB/GYN.

  • Preconception consults: medication review, risk discussion, planning
  • Pregnancy and postpartum care for mood and anxiety disorders
  • Perinatal medication management with shared decision-making
  • IVF and fertility-related mood concerns
  • Labor and delivery trauma support
  • Pregnancy loss, miscarriage, and reproductive grief
  • Perimenopausal and menopausal mood and cognitive concerns
  • One-time consults available for patients with an existing psychiatrist

Expert Second-Opinion Psychiatric Consultations

Scope, length, and fees discussed and quoted upon request.

What to expect

Your first visit.

A clear picture of how care begins — from booking through the rhythm of follow-up.

Before your visit

Once you book, you'll receive intake paperwork and a secure video link with simple setup instructions. Where you have prior records, sharing them in advance lets me review your history before we meet.

Your first appointment

The initial visit is a comprehensive evaluation, generally 60 to 90 minutes. We talk through your history, your current concerns, and your goals, work toward diagnostic clarity, and finish with a treatment plan built around your life.

How telehealth works

Visits take place by secure, HIPAA-compliant video. You'll need a private space, a reliable connection, and a device with a camera, and you'll need to be physically located in Connecticut or Colorado at the time of the visit.

Follow-up care

Follow-up visits are scheduled around your needs — often more frequent early on, then spaced out as things stabilize. These run about 20 minutes for medication management, or 45 minutes when psychotherapy is part of your care.

Payment is due in full at the time of service. I accept credit cards, debit cards, and HSA and FSA cards. Sliding-scale and reduced-fee appointments are not currently offered.

Cancellation & no-show

Your appointment time is reserved for you. Please provide at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations and no-shows are billed at the full session fee.
